Just a little note to say,Hello ....

I haven't received anything from Dr.Vitello ,But hanging in there for a few more days , then I will call his office...I lost on my own 3 more lbs....drinking water and watching what I eat....I'm trying to train myself for the BIG day....chewing more slowly and doing little excercise what my body will allow me to do .....
I will follow up with all of you soon.
